I get kids here Rain Tree Residence Hotel Khao Yai for the second time last October when they have been running the space & star activities through winter in Thailand until the end of December, the best time of the year for stargazing.

The hotel is creating the space and star related activities for kids every Fri • Sat • Sun and long weekend. .For example, at 3 pm, my children did a paper cup #planetarium, and then at 7 pm, they joined a shadow puppet story telling, followed by the application-guided star-gazing. After this, if you have luck in clear sky, you can go out to the large lawn in front of the hotel and look for the stars and the Milky Way with the application by yourself. 🌌 But we hadn't.
Well, there's also a mini exhibition. Kids can step on Space Snakes & Ladders boardgame 👩🚀
This hotel belongs to Nan Mee Books, the renowned bookstore and training program organizer for youth. That's why you can feel the ambiance of kids camp all over the place while you are relaxing amidst the greenery..👍
This is our second time here after four years. Everything is still looking good and clean. This time, we've got a special deal for a Suite Mountain View room from Agoda. Bigger room with a dining area and a microwave, perfect for long weekend stay as I could order dinner to be served in our room, having private space away from people in the restaurant.
Food is delish with good ingredients and organic veggies so we can spend all day with kids activities in the hotel.
We also love the morning walk activity. Starting at 8 am, The trail into a forest is not that hard, good for the aged and perfect for the young. A staff will guide us along the way while sharing her knowledge in the natural science around this area of Khao Yai.

นอกจากนี้ก็มีนิทรรศการอวกาศและดวงดาวเล็กๆ จัดถาวรถึงสิ้นปี โซนนั้นมีเกมบันไดงูอวกาศให้เล่นกันแบบกรุบกริบด้วย 🪐
